Shipping to Malaysia:
– flat rate of $20 for up to 2 pairs of shoes

Shipping to Indonesia:
– flat rate of $35 for up to 2 pairs of shoes
– flat rate of $45 for 3 pairs of shoes

If you would like to purchase more than 3 pairs of shoes please get in touch with us at ask@theshoeco.com.sg to enquire shipping rates.

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).  We do not charge tax.

At the moment we ship within Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Should you wish us to ship internationally please email us at ask@theshoeco.com.sg. Please provide details of the item(s) you wish to purchase and we will let you know if the item is available and what the freight charges are.

We will do our best to get you your shoes as soon as we can. Our promise is to deliver your order to you within 5-7 working days from the date we receive your order.

We offer FREE shipping islandwide for orders over SGD200! Orders under SGD200 will incur a flat SGD10 shipping fee.

Exchanges can be made on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving the item, at our Tanglin Mall (#02-36/37) outlet with the order confirmation / invoice. Items must be in their original unworn condition and original

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which do not meet our return policy requirements.

You may opt to exchange for another item or for a Store Credit (to be utilized within a year from the date of issue).

Store Credits are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

Yes.  For Store Credits which have not be utilized, we apologise that it cannot be refunded in cash.

Unfortunately sale items are not exchangeable.

We are very sorry if this has happened.  We will replace the item for a new one.  If there is no replacement available, we will offer a full refund.
